Week 31: Screeding

According to the latest schedule we've got about 12 weeks to go.

Week 30: Underfloor Heating & Cladding

We've now completed first fix electrics and installed the underfloor heating (downstairs).

 We've also started the external wood cladding on the lower half of the building.  We've chosen Siberian Larch which should fade to a shade of gray as it ages and weathers over the next 12-18 months.

Week 29: Up on the roof

Another big milestone today - the roof is completed!

Week 28: More Glass and Slates

Work continues on the roof tiling and with the installation of glass & doors.
